To go through the passport control when you arrive to Russia you need to have a travel visa issued by the Russian Consulate in your country. Please follow the steps you have to take to get it.

1. You either e-mail a photocopy of your passport at the address info@osteopathy.com.ru or fax it at the number 007 812 542 80 92.
2. This photocopy should be accompanied by a letter stating the supposed dates of your arrival and departure, the place of your birth, your postal address, the Consulate in which city you are planning to address for the visa, and your fax number. The invitation will be sent to you by fax or by post if necessary.
3. It should be done the sooner the better, because the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in St. Petersburg needs a month to issue an invitation. Plus it will take for about two weeks to deliver the invitation by post in case the Consulate needs the original.
4. When you receive the invitation you'll have to address the Russian Consulate or your travel agent to get your travel visa.
5. Those who apply for their invitations after the 1st of April will pay for them, because they will recieve from us touristic vouchers, which are more expensive than business invitations.

Dear participants and guests of the Conference,
to give you a chance to combine the fourchette with sightseeing we decided to have it on a boat going along the Neva river. In his way you'll be able to have a nice meal, to talk to each other and at the same time to enjoy wonderful sights of St. Petersburg. Unfortunately the cost of it will be a little bit higher (90 euros), but hopefully it'll be worth every penny of it.

The Plenary Session on the 1st of June will take place at the "Angleter" hotel (Bolshaya Morskaya street, 39), the workshops (June 2nd, 3rd and 4th) will be held at Octyabrskaya hotel (Lygovsky prospect, 10, www.oktober-hotel.spb.ru)

If you wish you can book your accommodation at Octyabrskaya hotel. For the participants of the conference the cost of a single room is 135 euros and of a double room 178 euros per night. If you are planning to stay there, you have to pay in advance for one-night stay transferring the money to:
